True Soul Nature Journey is—

A gathering of humans who crave intentional communion with the forces of nature as tools for emotional regulation, intuitive guidance, and creative inspiration.

This is a gentle soul wander. Through guided practices in presence, movement, stillness, and Earth connection, both outdoors and in our intimate studio gatherings, we enter into deep relationship with the living world – and with the wild soul that longs to remember itself.

Through these experiences, we:

  • Remember nature as a source of comfort and strength during challenging times (and expansive ones!) and connect to her forces for our own healing

  • Deepen our sensory awareness and skill at being present

  • Reawaken our creativity, childlike play and sense of wonder

  • Learn to trust nature, so that we can trust ourselves and other humans again

  • Allow nature to re-inspire our sense of awe at the human experience

  • Enjoy the company of other humans who are equally drawn to a soul-focused life

“I really appreciated the Nature Journey, especially since I resonate with trees as healing. I loved how creative the mandala creation felt and how peaceful I felt. It was nice to create something in nature that was a collaborative activity. The journaling was also a nice calming reflection. Thank you Lori, for sharing your offering.”   I.P.

“This nature experience made me feel centered, relaxed and truly in touch with my beautiful surroundings. I also really enjoyed the meditation time and would welcome even more time to meditate in future nature journey offerings. The creation of making a mandala was new for me - it was lovely and such a welcoming way to bond with those who shared the Nature Journey with me. It really was a lovely and introspective way to spend an afternoon in the trees.” G.R.
