Forces of Nature

re-integrate your whole self through transformative connection with the wild

Nature is a mirror

through which we can

see and love all of ourselves.

For many of us, accepting, loving and embodying parts of our nature did not come easily. Because of our childhoods, our culture, early relationships, religion and experiences of grief and loss, we may have cut off parts of ourselves in order to belong.

These might be our strength, our vulnerability, our wildness, our joy, our ease.

As we have aged, raised children, built careers, we may have completely forgotten these innate qualities, and we may sense that something in our lives is missing.

Welcome beauty!

I'm so touched that you are here.

I believe that when a woman walks with nature, she remembers her own rhythm—steady, powerful, and free.

That the trees are our wise elders offering us stillness, strength, and silent companionship…

That the ocean waves remember our rhythms and invite us back into our own…

That there's something magical that happens when we stop—and really notice all of natures gifts.

Yet somehow we are pulled away by modern day distractions of technology, overconsumption, and chasing after "shiny things.”  We are pulled away by our to-do lists, our fast-paced expectations, and we get caught in a spiral of "doing" - neglecting the simple beauty of "being."

Somewhere along the path we've lost our way back to the innate wisdom and strength of our natural world. That wisdom holding our true selves - bringing us back to our natural state of beauty, trust, and peace - shining our bright inner light. We ARE within nature, and nature is within us!

Of course, I didn’t always remember these things, either. And it was a long journey to remembering…
